If you've watched them over the past ten years, you've seen and heard it all, but for those of you who haven't had the pleasure, let us give you a brief introduction!

Matt and Andy grew up in Norwell, Massachusetts, and began playing music professionally as teenagers. After their college years they headed south to Nashville, Tennessee, to seriously pursue a career in the perilous and tumultuous music business. For two guys barely in their thirties, they have had quite a ride! Matt and Andy had a top 30 hit tune and number one video in the U.S., two top thirty songs on the German charts, logged thousands of hours as studio musicians and even more miles as touring performers all over the U.S., Canada and Europe and have shared the stage with everyone from Bill Wyman (of the Rolling Stones) to Nickel Creek, Badfinger and Willie Nelson. They were both members of The Little River Band in 2005 and have toured extensively with Radney Foster. A number of their compositions have appeared on TV over the years on MTV, NBC and Fox. Make no mistake about it, The Massacoustics are all about writing great songs and performing that in a way that dynamically pushes the envelope for any duo we've ever seen! They sound like a five-piece band in two guys with no technological gimmicks. Andy is a virtuoso on electric and acoustic guitar and Matt plays drums, percussion and bass (all at the same time)! And let's not forget to mention they sing like angels and produce spectacular brotherly harmonies reminiscent of a couple of other brothers we know!

The Massacoustics were introduced to the Parrothead Nation in October 2008, at the "Welcome To Key West" MOTM kickoff party, with overwhelming reactions and wild cheering from thousands of new listeners.

On January 15, 2009, Matt and Andy took the stage at Margaritaville, Key West, in front of a packed audience, which included Steve Huntington, Program Director at Radio Margaritaville; Sunshine Smith; Lucy Buffett (who enthusiastically told Steve "these guys are wonderful!"); and a crowded room of Key West locals, as well as die hard fans who flew in to witness the LIVE recording of the Massacoustics new CD. The new Live CD contains some of the band's favorites, as well as several previously unrecorded songs. It's now available at LittleFlockMusic.com!
